Shipping & Returns

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. All shipments home and international will be either EMS, DHL or TNT.  Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment.  We will notify you of the item Tracking Number and Tracking Website via Email. Shipping charges includes shipping, handling, packing materials, fuel charges, and processing charges etc. Shipping & handling charges are fixed, Shipping insurance fee is optional. The goods (not stock) from China, Korea and Japan are delivered to Bulgaria: - By plane within 10 days; - By ship within 45 days; The goods (not stock) from Russia, Commonwealth of Independent States, USA and EU- countries, the goods are delivered within 10 – 15 days.
