   1. CAPITAL REPAIR OF TAMPING UNITS:

A COMPANY MANUFACTURES THE NECESSARY SPARE PARTS FOR THE REPAIR OF TAMPING UNITS (SEE PLASSER SPARE PARTS MADE). WE CAN SUPPLY ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS, CONSUMABLES AND BEARINGS UPON REQUEST VIA PLASSER’S REPRESENTATIVE FOR BULGARIA.
WE ALSO SUPPLY STANDARD FAG BEARINGS FOR TAMPERING AND OTHER UNITS/NODES WITH TIME OF DELIVERY FROM GERMANY REDUCED TO 1-2 WEEKS.
FOR KEEPING IN PLACE OF ALL UNITS, PRESS FITS, SEALS AND BOLTS LOCTITE® GLUES AND CONSUMABLES ARE USED.
  - FAULTS :
   A. Broken main bearings of the vibrating shaft. Bearings worn out. Inadmissible axial clearances in the main bearings. Blackening of the oil in the camshaft case. Worn out bronze bushes and axle boxes. Seal leakages. Breaking/rupture of fixing bolts, over-rotation of axle boxes.
   B. Other faults. Worn out axes, bushes, bronze bushes, guides, bearing axle boxes, etc.

  - REPAIR WORK OPTIONS :
   A. Tamping units overhaul. Replacement of worn out bearings and nodes. Seal replacement.
   B. Making of new axle boxes, bushes, guides, bolts, pistons caps, etc.
   C. Delivered parts and consumable of Plasser.

  2. CAPITAL REPAIR OF RAIL CLAMPS:

  - FAULTS :
Broken or worn out bushes, openings/holes, axles and flanges. Distortions resulting from bump.

  - REPAIR WORK :
Crack test and welding. Strengthening of weak points. Manufacturing of new axles, rods, bushes, bearing replacement, etc. Surface welding of beds to the body (for fixing plasterer’s hair) and boring. Surface welding of worn-out flanges and facing. Seal and high pressure hose replacement.

   3. CAPITAL REPAIR OF AXLE ACTUATING REDUCTOR:

  - FAULTS :
Broken teeth on the pinion and crown wheel. Defects in the bearings. Worn out wheel flanges, etc.

  - REPAIR WORK OPTIONS :
Pinion, crown wheel, bearing and wheel replacement.

   4. RECOVERY OF CLOSING CYLINDERS AND RODS:

  - FAULTS :
Wear of up to 0.1-0.5 mm of the bearing seats of the hydro cylinder. Bearing axles with over-rotated bearings.

  - REPAIR WORK OPTIONS :
Recovery, using a specially developed by the company technology, of over-rotated internal bearing seats. – left and right D170.00 x L =20mm of the closing cylinder. Limiting or eliminating axial wear out in bearing seats of the closing cylinder. Chromo plating of rods and grinding. Welding involving broken ear deformation controls.

   5. RECOVERY OF JOURNALS OF THE VIBRATION SHAFT (CAMSHAFT):

  - FAULTS :
Over-rotated bearing camshaft main journals, excessive radial deviation of the shaft journals.

  - REPAIR WORK OPTIONS :
Recovery of worn-out journals through plasma spraying or chroma – plating with consequent grinding and polishing till the nominal measure is achieved.

   6. AN OVERHAUL OR A PARTIAL REPAIR OF THE LIFT-CYLINDER OF A TAMPING UNIT:

  - FAULTS :
Unallowable clearance in the journals at the hydro cylinder-dead crossing- supporting claps /lift-cylinder/ node.

  - REPAIR WORK OPTIONS :
The company carries out partial repair or overhaul of the node depending on its current state and the clearances in the parts. An overhaul is carried out of the following node parts:
    - external hydro- cylinder journals;
    - external/internal dead crossing journals;
    - internal journals of dead crossing lateral claps.

   7. REPAIR OF FRONT MEASURING TROLLEY (LINING BOGIES):

  - FAULTS:
Beam and arm strain resulting from bumps on the measuring trolley.

  - REPAIR WORK OPTIONS :
Alignment: coincidence of axes – the trolley wheels to the leading trolley axis/ and of the base length of the middle trolley to the leading one – the measuring trolley axis.
    - Welding and removal of cracks on the supporting and connecting profiles/ beams of the trolley. Placing of strengthening cleats.
    - Rectification and alignment, geometrically and by level, of the trolley lateral support. Welding and strengthening of the connecting seams along the side beam. Placing of strengthening cleats.
    - After repair monitoring of compliance with the measures and alignments.

   8. THE MANUFACTURE OF WEDGES FOR KNOCKOUT OF TAMPING TOOLS:

The manufacture of wedges is done through milling a high strength steel casting and subsequent thermo treatment of the material, aimed at achieving the necessary level of hardness and ductility.

   9. RECOVERY OF TAMPING TOOLS (TAMPERS):

Surface welding of wornout tamping tools is done with high strength ‘Bohler’ produced electrodes or semi-automatically, using flux cored highly wear-resistant manganese wire. If requested, a subsequent tungsten carbide protective layer can be applied too.

   10. REPAIR OF HYDRAULIC PUMPS AND MOTORS:
