NEWS 02-07-2007г.    NEW PRODUCT OFFERED BY REMTECHNOLOGY LTD. – BEAM FOR RM-76 PLASSER SIEVING MACHINE.        Designers and constructors’ team of Remtechnology Ltd. under the management of eng. Borislav Nikov, developed a reinforced beam for RM-76 and 80 Plasser&Theurer sieving machine for the needs of the mechanized pillars of the National Railway Infrastructure Company.     The beam is manufactured of sheet material Hardox with profile which is a know-how of the company with an application for authorship filed. Before the beam was constructed as an experimental sample, it was tested by a programme for modelling Ansys for availability of increased bending resilience, resistance to vibrations and maximum limit of impact loading under the condition of dynamic work in the ballast sieve of the machine.    The product stands out with extreme strength and resilience of the construction to vibrations and increased resistance to impact loading.    The beam is offered with guarantee for 18 months.    At this moment a set of beams were produced and are successfully exploited in the railway pillar of NRIC.
