   ENTIRE OR PARTIAL RECOVERY OF COGS OF GEAR – WHEELS AND CROWN - WHEELS

  The developed company technology allows full recovery of the profile of cogs after their wear resulting from exploitation.
  There is possibility for partial or general wear of broken cogs.
  Surfaced welding is done in an electric arc way through electrodes or semi – automatic through wire upon full before – repair defectoscopic control for defects /pores, cracks etc../.
  Possibility is given for choice of the hardness of surface layer of 30-43 HRC.

  Through a specially made portable machine tool grinding is performed of the cog profile towards its module and geometry which eliminates the expensive operation on cog - cutting.
  For application of the technology, there is no limitation in dimensions of gear – wheels and crown - wheels.
  The company disposes of mobile group which performs recovery and grinding of borken off and defected cogs in place.

  APPLICATION:
  - crown - wheels of cement mills, kaolin etc.;
  - pressure gear – wheels of ЭКГ excavators;
  - crown – wheels of the rotation of excavators and diggers.

  The given technology is practically applied and successfully tested at recovery of gear – wheels of excavators of Devnya Varovik – village of Chernevo, quarry of Kremikovtsi AD etc., this technology is also used at recovery of crown - wheel of mill for kaolin of Kaolin AD – town of Senovo.

  More substantial repairs performed:
- Recovery of broken down gear – wheels /diametere 2.3 м/ for tension drum of excavators EКГ-5А Plant for extraction of lime – village of Chernevo – Devnya; Mine output plant “Balsha” private JSC – Novi Iskar;
- Recovery of crown - wheels for the motion of excavators ЭКГ and SKODA;
