08-475 rail switch tamping machine is a large maintenance machine applies both to the rail switch and main line. The key technology of the electrical control system is multi-direction tamping electrical control system designed for three line lifting, four line tamping, the auxiliary lifting control system to realize three line synchronize lifting together with main lifting system, the lifting hook control system that works in the switch center, the adaption and compensation control system to compensate the frond- and backend movement of lining and the ACA computer control system to prevent the machine from intruding into the rail. 08-475 rail switch tamping machine also has a set of computer control system (ALC) for railway parameter automatic computation, measurement and optimization to input the lifting and lining parameters to the lifting and lining analog control system, to make the rail parameters restore after the work of tamping machine.
